Valentine’s Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This form is to be filled out for customers who would like to preorder chocolate covered strawberries and pay at pickup. You will receive a conformation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive conformation, after 48 hours, please reach out to make sure we have received your order. If you have already ordered online and paid, you do not need to fill this form out.

Strawberries come in a 8 oz. box and are $12.00 per box. Strawberries should be consumed within 24-36 hours.
