*NEW PICK UP IN LOCATION OPTION: The order will be ready the following business day at opening. If the order is ready before, you will receive an email notification. Most orders are ready within a few hours. Your order can only be picked up during business hours. Please be advised that all locations have different hours. If the location is closed the following day of your purchase, the order will be ready for pick up the next open business day. You will still be required to enter a shipping address. If your order is not picked up within 5 business days, we have the right to ship to the entered address and charge an additional shipping fee or cancel the order and refund the purchase.

1. Orders are processed between 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping does not apply to that time frame. Review shipping policies. If an order is not going to be processed within the 1 to 3 business day time frame, a representative will notify you of the change.

2. Any product(s) that has/ have to be special ordered due to the quantity or other circumstances, does not fall under the 1 to 3 business days for the order to be processed. The order will be processed as quickly as possible but does depend on the size of order, if extra molds are necessary or particular center is needed to be made out of schedule. The time of the year also will determine how long the order takes to be processed. Any order placed within 3 weeks of a holiday will have a longer processing time. To ensure you receive your order before your event, please place your order with ample amount of time.

4. At any time, we have the right to discontinue a product from the online store with out warning. If you have placed an order and been charged for the product, you will be guaranteed that product. If the product is no longer available through the online store, you may contact us through our email: customer_service@shannonskandykitchen.com or 724.264.4246 to see if it may be special ordered. It is not guaranteed that the product will be available.

5. By purchasing online you are granting your permission for a representative to contact you by the information you provide regarding a past or current order. This will only be done if there is an issue with the processing or shipping of the order.

6. There may be links inside our pages that you can click on for further information regarding an event or person. We do not own those additional pages nor take responsibility for the material on those pages. You accept the reasonability for any third parties, cookies, or other ad ons that may come from clicking on the provided links.

7. We use "SSL" servers for our e-commerce portion of the site. We do not sell any personal information.

8. All products contain or may have had contact with; Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Milk, Soy, Egg & Wheat. If you are concerned about a potential allergy, we recommend that you do not purchase anything even if it does not have that potential allergen in it.

9. We are not responsible for replacing product or financial reimbursement for damaged products due to shipping that has not been shipped by our company. Chocolate is very fragile and can be easily broken during transit if not packaged correctly.
