FAQ's

How do I ship chocolate properly?

If you would like to ship chocolate, we recommend to use a sturdy cardboard box with shipping peanuts. Chocolate is extremely fragile and can break during transit if not packaged properly. We also recommend to not ship over a weekend. Chocolate may be left in uncontrolled environments for extended periods of time. (Ex: inside a delivery truck)

We do not take any responsibility for damaged product that is shipped outside our company.


Why is chocolate sometimes white? Should I throw it away?

A white film may be present on chocolate if the chocolate has been exposed to extreme temperature changes. The film, known as "bloom", is the butter fat from the chocolate coming to the surface. Bloom is completely harmless and the chocolate can still be consumed. We recommend to not store chocolate in a refrigerator or freezer due to the temperature changes.


How long does it take to get an order?

Your online order is processed between 1 and 3 business days. The amount of shipping time varies due to the final destination. We ship USPS or UPS depending on how we feel will be the best method of shipping for your order. For more information on shipping, visit our Shipping Info page.


Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not place chocolate near any strong odors (Ex: inside a refrigerator, in a garage, by candles, perfume, etc.) or in direct heat / sunlight (Ex: by a window or near a heat vent). Chocolate can be stored at room temperature (65' F to 72' F). We also recommend to not store chocolate in a refrigerator or freezer. The chocolate can become chewy or sticky from the moisture and will turn white due to the extreme temperature difference.

How should I store my chocolate once I receive my order?


If you have a question or problem with your online order, email us through the Contact Us page. We respond to all emails within 24 hours. Please include your order number, first and last name.

If I have a problem with my order, who do I contact?


If you would like to send chocolate to multiple locations, you will have to do a separate transaction for each shipping address.

How do I order online and send to multiple locations?


We recommend that anyone with a food allergy that pertains to peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, milk, egg & wheat should not purchase anything through our company.

Should I buy chocolate for someone with a food allergy?


Your order will be ready the following business day at opening (ex: place the order anytime on Monday, it will be ready at opening on Tuesday). If the order is ready before then, an email notification will be sent. Most orders are ready within a few hours. Please be advised all locations have different business hours and days of operation. You are only able to pick up during normal business hours. If your order is to be ready on a day the location is not open, the order will be available for pick up the following open business day.

You will still be required to enter a shipping address. If your order is not picked up within 5 business days, we have the right to ship to the entered address and charge an additional shipping fee. We also have the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase.

Orders placed Feb. 11th - Feb. 15th will only be available for next day pick up.

If I do the “Pick Up in Location” option instead of shipping, when will my order be ready?
